A clearer queue for guests. One tap for your team.

Qme moves the queue onto the guest’s phone, with no app and no pagers. Here is what works today, and what we are testing before we launch it.

Works today

In every plan, for every branch.

  • Available now

    Guest page

The guest scans the counter code and a page opens with their number and order status, in Arabic or English. It updates by itself while it is open, and phone alerts reach guests who turn them on.

  • Available now

    Team board

On any tablet or phone with a browser. The team taps Ready, then Picked up, and the board shows who needs to be called out.

  • Available now

    Hall screen

Ready numbers in large type on any screen with a browser, with the orders still preparing beside them. It is optional.

  • Available now

    Counter stand

Print it in A6 from the team board menu. It carries your branch’s counter code.

  • Available now

    Rating after pickup

The guest rates the visit and you get their feedback. Then they see your Google review link, if you have added one.

  • Available now

    Reports for every branch

Orders, preparing and pickup times, ratings and peak hours, with CSV export.

  • Available now

    All branches in one account

Each branch has its own team board, staff code and link, and you compare branches side by side. More than one branch? Learn more

In testing

Built and tested on our test version. We launch each one only after checking it with real teams, and until then it does not appear in your account.

  • In testing

    For service desks and clinics

An automatic queue number instead of a bill number, in words that fit a service. We never ask for medical data or account numbers.

  • In testing

    Deeper reports

Shortest, longest and average wait, pickup rate and the trend across days.

  • In testing

Visits and rewards, with the guest’s consent

Saving visits is optional, on the guest’s own device and at your branch. You set the reward in Arabic and English.

  • In testing

    Your own ready message

Write the alert text in Arabic and English, and see a preview before you save.

  • After the provider approves

    POS links

Foodics, Odoo and Rewaa: the status of each link and what it still needs. Today, Qme works alongside any POS, with no link. POS link status

Countries and language

The guest page and the team board work in Arabic and English, and the language is separate from the country. Approved prices are for Saudi Arabia today. In Qatar, the UAE, Egypt and Bahrain prices are not approved yet, so start with the free trial or ask for a quote.
